The Anna tights are made with 85% polyamide* and 15% elastane.

*The special polyamide used in these tights decomposes in about 5 years in a landfill compared to several decades for synthetic fibers in general. The degradation properties of this special polyamide manifest themselves exclusively in buried conditions, where there is no oxygen and there are bacteria specifically responsible for anaerobic decomposition. It therefore does not break down after standard use, and the durability of this fiber is as good as that of traditional polyamide yarns.

Products Care

Washing and products care for Miss Lala's tights

Tights are delicate items. Although we work on making tights that are as sustainable as possible, we still recommend that you treat them with the greatest care. Here are some good tips to keep them flawless:

  • Hand wash your tights,
  • Avoid dryer, iron, strong soaps, bleach, or any treatment that could damage the fiber,
  • Before putting on your tights, we recommend that you remove your jewelry and make sure your nails are properly filed,
  • Moisturizing the skin of the hands and legs can also be a good idea before putting on our most delicate and silky tights,
  • And don't forget to put on the tights gently. It is necessary to start from the tip of the toes of the pantyhose. Then we gently put on the tights, sliding slowly, and adjusting one leg at a time.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which should include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Some international orders may not receive a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
    If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@misslalatights.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Returns & Refunds

    We have a 30-days return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to contact us and make your return / refund request.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will fully compensate you for this kind of situation (including delivery). Please contact us at service@misslalatights.com and Miss Lala will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Returns

    Have you changed your mind or the item received does not meet your expectations? No problem!
    We can take back or exchange this item under certain conditions.
    To be eligible to return your items, they need to be in their original condition i.e. unworn, untried or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

    To initiate the return process, please contact us at service@misslalatights.com. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior contacting us will not be eligible for a return. In this situation, you will have to pay the return shipping cost.

    Refunds

    Once your return / refund request is processed, and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time to your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
